1. SUPPLY, CARGO AND DELIVERY

After receiving your cargo, you have the right to open and check it with the cargo authority. If you see that some of the products in your order are missing and/or damaged, ask the cargo authority to prepare a report. Keeping a record is very important from a legal point of view.

This indicates that the damage or defect is not caused by you but by the courier company. As a result of the report, your new products will be shipped to you immediately.

Thanks to the report, our officials will be able to take the cost of the damage required from the insurance of the cargo company.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. You can take delivery of the products from our company yourself, or you can also take advantage of our delivery service to the address depending on the situation, or you can request delivery with courier companies.
Your orders will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 3 (three) business days at the latest, unless there is a force majeure reason after confirmation.

2. TERMS OF CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

In order for you to return the product/products in your order for any reason; Do not forget that the product must be kept in its original packaging and returned complete with all accessories and packaging materials, without any physical damage.

In order for the warranty conditions to be valid for our products with a guarantee, you should definitely check the product during the delivery of the cargo. In case of any damage, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo officer. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design / box or packaging of the product are not covered by the warranty.

If the product you purchased on our site turns out to be faulty, you must contact us on our support page within 5 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following these procedures, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the error in the ordered product is caused by the use of the customer or if the product has been used within 5 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and exchange conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.

For the products you want to return, the product must not have lost its resaleability, not be damaged or used, if it is a gift product, it must be sent with the gift and all accessories, if any, and the box, bag, label and packaging of the product must not be lost or deformed. Pursuant to Article 22 of Consumer Rights Cancellation and Return Conditions; In order for “cosmetics and personal care products” to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact and unused.
In order to return it, you must fill out the contact form and send your order back to the address specified below, in its original packaging and with the invoice, within 5 days from the day you receive it.
Pack the products carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
Your return will be processed within 48 hours after your return cargo reaches us and the compliance of the product with the return conditions is checked.
When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 5 days. This period begins with the receipt of the withdrawal notification by Hilaliart and the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. For this reason, Hilaliart is not responsible for delays caused by the bank, even though the refund is made on time.
For payments made by wire transfer, please specify the bank information to which the product price will be refunded in the e-mail you sent stating that you want to receive a return confirmation.

3. PAYMENT

You can order on our site in the following ways:

1. Payment by Credit Card: All credit cards are valid on our site.

2. Payment by wire transfer: When you pay by wire transfer, please add your order/invoice number, which will be generated after order confirmation, in the explanation section.

After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the cargo. (excluding public holidays and weekends) Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified. If you are not present at the specified address, a note is left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch within three days and do not receive your package, your package will be returned to us. We kindly ask you to check the product you received. If your product is damaged, we kindly ask you to return your product to the cargo officer by keeping a record before receiving it.
